TIMELINK MICROSYSTEMS provides specialist knowledge and experience to develop customized Time-frequency equipments and systems to a wide range of industries, helping many customers to advance their products and global competitiveness.
We provide a wide range of services from initial project concepts, through electronic and mechanical design, software, and prototyping to full-scale production., in strict compliance with the norms and standards of our profession.
Our aim is to serve your needs from project inception to long after the system is deployed:
Systems Integration
Our expertise allows us to efficiently build systems with our wide-range of standard and configure-to-order product platforms and add third-party products if required. We perform a thorough architecture analysis to ensure that different system elements flawlessly interface with each other to provide the overall performance required.
Calibration and Maintenance
If necessary we can provide a calibration service through our chain of atomic clocks permanently connected to the National Standards of the Observatory of Besançon and Paris.
Installation, training and On-site Services
Our engineer comes to you to assist with the start-up of the equipment, on-site troubleshooting and repair services; assistance and training, in order to ensure high availability of your investments.
Extended Warranty
The extended warranty program allows, if necessary, extending the factory warranty beyond the standard period. The specific conditions and duration are established in relation with the customer.
INTEGRATED LOGISTICS SUPPORTS
Based on various ILS studies, we are able to design system-specific maintenance solutions and to customize the provision of support tools, such as documentation, training, spare parts, and support and test equipment.
Maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) Operations management
Scheduling maintenance operations and optimizing the operational availability of managed resources allows for ensuring the overall management of complex product lifecycles.
TIMELINK MICROSYSTEMS designs and deploys logistics information systems, which integrate support tools, such as for documentation, training, spare parts management, repair procedures and test equipment.
Operating safety studies
Operating safety studies (systems analysis plus reliability, maintainability, testability, availability and security analyses) are conducted to achieve the desired rate of availability and to develop an appropriate maintenance solution. These studies can be carried out repeatedly as the system evolves. They are based on strict standards agreed with our client.
Documentation
Documentation is prepared, provided and updated in accordance with the maintenance solution. It includes such information as data sheets, user sheets and documents concerning installation, restocking of technical supplies, etc.
Training
ILS studies define a customer-specific training plan adapted to the required qualification level; the goal is to transfer the skills necessary for using and maintaining the system in line with the relevant maintenance solution.
Spare parts assessment
ILS-related studies enable us to carry out an optimized assessment of parts management to determine their quantity, sourcing and replenishment flows.
